Hello everyone, I'm Coach Lee. Today I will teach you how to smash.
Players who are smash novices find it hard to hit the shuttlecock in the center of the racket, that is they can't hit it on the "sweet spot."
If a novice can learn to hit the shuttlecock on the sweet spot the quality of their smashes will certainly improve.
